I am a facialist and author with over 4 years of experience with a foundational holistic approach to skin health and treatments. At the moment, I perform facial treatments at Hand & Stone Mansfield located off of 1530 E. Debbie Lane by Crumbl Cookies & Eggquisite Cafe.

I believe that if we keep skincare and treatments non-invasive and unique we can achieve the best results. Having healthy skin always has been of huge interest having suffered from severe acne myself I was always looking for the right treatment and trying out different products for years. I noticed that when I started to focus on incorporating healthy nutrition & lifestyle practices, finding quality products and ensuring my skin was balanced, I achieved the best results.

I strongly advocate a healthy lifestyle and being mindful of the fact that your skin is the largest external organ of the body and deserves to be treated as such. Our internal health is directly connected to our skin health so how we feel is how we look therefore during my consultations I educate clients on the essential tools needed for healthy, radiant skin and during treatments I focus on integrating the power of touch through massage and include ancient techniques such as Gua Sha and Aromatherapy with non-invasive technologies like DiamondGlow, Microcurrent and LED.
